Sell merchandise alongside submissions
Connect your Shopify store and add products to a Nero session. Fans choose an available size or option while submitting, then open Shopify Checkout from their submission confirmation.
Payments and fees
Merchandise is paid separately in Shopify Checkout. Shopify calculates the current product price, shipping, and taxes. Nero takes no cut of Shopify merchandise. Nero queue submissions and other paid features keep their normal fees.
A merchandise selection in Nero is not proof of purchase. Confirm payment in Shopify before fulfilling an order.
Connect your store
- Install and open Nero from Shopify. To reconnect or switch stores, open Nero from that store’s Shopify admin.
- Approve Shopify access. Sign into Nero with your own email and enter the code sent to your inbox. Complete account setup if prompted.
- Confirm the store and Nero account, then choose Connect store.
- Open your session settings and add a Shopify product under add-ons. Set product prices and shipping in Shopify.
Orders
- Products must be available for purchase through your Shopify online store. Shopify rechecks availability and price at checkout.
- Fans pay and enter their shipping details in Shopify. Fulfill paid purchases from Shopify orders.
- New merchandise selections cannot be charged through Nero. Historical purchases already paid through Nero keep their original emailed claim links.
- Disconnecting hides the product picker and prevents new merchandise selections. Previously issued Shopify links remain subject to your store's availability.
