CRM webhook
Send fan contact data to any CRM or automation tool that accepts JSON webhooks.
Connect any CRM, automation tool, or workflow builder that can receive a JSON webhook. Nero sends your fan contact data so your CRM can create or update one contact per fan. If you use Klaviyo, the Klaviyo connection needs no webhook or field mapping.
How it works
- Paste your inbound webhook URL in Analytics, Fans, Connect CRM.
- Saving sends one test contact (“Nero connection test”,
connection-test@nero.fan). Nero only saves the connection if your webhook responds with a 2xx status. - Tapping Sync to CRM sends your full current fan list.
- Nero also syncs once a day, sending fans with new activity since the last sync.
- Each payload is a full lifetime fan snapshot, so mapping fields can overwrite the contact safely.
Request format
Nero sends one HTTP POST per fan. The request body is JSON and the webhook should respond with any 2xx status after it accepts the payload.

Compatible tools
This is a generic webhook. It works with tools that let you receive JSON and map fields into a contact, including GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot workflow webhooks, and similar automation builders.
In GoHighLevel, create a workflow with an Inbound Webhook trigger and paste that URL into Nero. Saving delivers the test contact, so you can map fields like email, name, and totalSpent into a Create or Update Contact action right away.
Limits
- Nero sends every fan with a usable email. Turn on Paid only in the Fans table to send just paying fans.
- Custom headers, signed requests, OAuth, and native CRM APIs are not supported yet.
- Webhook URLs must be public HTTPS endpoints.
